One of the better first aid courses I have attended over my 10yrs experience. Was nervous about how cpr would be done around COVID but David explained it well, let down by room size but out with his control (Sainsburys fault) David was a really friendly and approachable trainer with some great examples of experiences.

Trainer made course fun and not boring. Put his own touch on the day to make it more engaging

Bad signal for the quiz. Not the trainers fault but makes it very difficult for some people

Informing people that a mobile device is needed, wasn’t a issue as the trainer had some, but if it had been a full class May of been a issue
