Made to feel at ease from the 1st word spoken, the course was really simple yet very formative roleplay where permitted was good

The course was fantastic to retake after 3 years as a refresher.Great to have with 2 small grandchildren.our trainer was friendly and went into great detail he was very thorough

The trainer was great qnd so understanding full of knowledge I felt like I understood it so much easier.
