The room was really cramped and stuffy. Some bits felt rushed. It was ok for me as I was on a refresher, but for people who were first timers it could probably do with being a little more in depth

The school should have prepared better for us, other than that a good update and refresher course, especially using the defib

Great course and great trainer. The only let down was the electronic element. I like the fact of the digital part which allows for quicker and easier marking of the test, as well as quick turnaround for the certification; it would be better if the registration could be part of the pre-requisites/joining instructions. Also, on the day with the test, the questions should allow an answer to be selected and then confirmed before moving onto the next question - as it was all too easy to accidently touch the answer next to the one you wanted, but the system would lock in the answer you might not meant to touch, and there is no way to go back. The day was broken down into sections with breaks for drinks and lunch spaced out nicely. I liked the open element to the course where input could be given from all members. I also liked the fact of multiple test dummies being used, so that we didn't feel so 'put on the spot' alone. This lead to myself and others enjoying and getting more out of the course overall, through the more relaxed atmosphere. Thank you!

Julie was awesome. She broke the day up nicely with little stories from her first aid days and was really engaging.
