Really engaging and enjoyable, Frans spoke clearly and was a genuinely interesting guy. The only downfall was the overuse of PowerPoint but I could not suggest a better way of displaying the information. Thanks Frans!

Straight forward course good information given friendly instructor made it easy to understand material presented.good at answering questions in a way that makes it easy to digest and add to what's already been presented

Amazing training and a better Knowledge of first aid and dealing with any Cardiac issues. how to use the defibrillator and where to put the pads was a bit of a shock.. Not like TV....... the trainer was great and very knowledgeable and understanding in our questions... Thank you

The tutor kept everyone fully engaged and was very informative. Also had the right level of interaction and slides to keep everyone alert and interested.

The trainer was superb, nice person with great stories and interesting presentation. Wasn't hard to keep on paying attention. Much of the knowledge stuck with me without the need of revisiting my notes so far which shows how good a presenter/trainer he is.

It was very interesting and I learned alot from it, the trainer made it funny aswell
