Room was a little small but that was the trainers when top notch

Chris the trainer did an amazing job with all aspects of First Aid. I found him to be very good at keeping everyone engaged and his teachings to be very thorough. I would recommend him and the course to anyone looking to be First Aid trained.

Zahra did an amazing training covering many details about first aid and also answering all our many questions!

Frans is very informative and his anecdotal style is very helpful in giving 'real life' applications. It was also good to practice CPR on the dummies with the monitors - gave me an idea of the force needed!

Frans was a fantastic teacher, very good at explaining and taking us through scenarios.

Course was great, it was a shame that my last one was 10 years ago. I will encourage more of my team to do it.
