Very interesting course, I learnt a lot of things I didn’t know before and Frans was great.

Well structured course, delivered in a very understandable way. Learned a great deal and gained a lot of confidence. Kev was very engaging and clearly passionate about delivering this First-Aid training.

Great presentation, very engaging trainer. Brought the materials to life in a fun way and related it to how we would use the skills in real life.

It was a very good day, very informative with a good level of fun to keep morale up.

I enjoyed the course and felt it was a good introduction to the role and responsibilities of a First Aider. I felt that the mix of people from different departments and with different levels of experience was very helpful in sharing experiences. I particularly valued the discussion around consent. I hadn't thought about the benefits of working together as a team of First Aiders-so that is something that I will take forward in my organisation.

Emma was very good at explaining and engaging with us. Very friendly and enjoyable.
