I found this course very informative it gave up to date practical advice and information. It was an excellent presentation the trainer, presented the information in a way that made it easy to understand and he answered all questions clearly. An excellent course and trainer.

I enjoyed the course and felt it was a good introduction to the role and responsibilities of a First Aider. I felt that the mix of people from different departments and with different levels of experience was very helpful in sharing experiences. I particularly valued the discussion around consent. I hadn't thought about the benefits of working together as a team of First Aiders-so that is something that I will take forward in my organisation.
Emma was very good at explaining and engaging with us. Very friendly and enjoyable.
