Toby, our trainer, was excellent. I was nervous about the course, as I hadn't done a First Aid Course before and he totally put me at ease. He was professional, but relaxed. We were all very impressed by him.
The course was great, and Toby was absolutely FAB!! He was really helpful and that was definitely the best first aid course I have done to date. I have rated the course materials slightly lower as previously you have provided booklets on the information and sadly this was not received this time round.
Tony was absolutely amazing. Made the course easy to participate in, helped our understanding by giving personal experience. I learnt so much from this course
Jack, is amazing best trainer for the first aid, even for the persons who have not done the first aid course before. Jack is funny and keeps it going on points and shows you what you need to know. 10/10 amazing time.

I was worried it was going to be a dull course, but Andy did a fantastic job. His enthusiasm and humour is second to none. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I gladly would. Since he was so passionate about what he taught us, I don't think I'll forget anything in the course. I appreciate him taking time out of his busy day to help us be able to save lives and provide First Aid.
Really encouraging course leader. Best first aid I’ve had with sainsburys and think I’ve done 5. He was funny, engaging, and the course went without a hitch! Really enjoyed it!
