Trainer put you at ease and was very confident
Well taught and made us feel confident .
The trainer (Matt) was excellent, his pace was good his information was clear, delivered well and he was completely approachable if I had any questions. The course content was good for basic first aid at work. It is spread out across the day well- so that there are no periods where we felt rushed or alternatively hanging about.
