Brilliant day thought-provoking well-paced Plenty of time for reflection and planning

Really enjoyable to have a leadership course facilitated outside of NHS but with a broad spectrum of colleagues from the organisation. Listening and learning from others experiences.

really well lead , unpressured and calm , allowing space for everyone to talk. I have found this really engaging and enjoyed meeting new people with common goals , realisation that I am not alone in my vision and how then to progress this through the support of this group

Fast paced to keep me thinking and very interactive.

Really good training, good pace, lots of discussion opportunity for independent learning, great group of people
