We had a problem when I came for the first time, in part my fault because I had not thought about telling Happy I needed training for an Apple computer, so we needed to cancell the appointment and have a new one. Today the training was exactly what I needed, completely adapted to my needs
The pace of the session could have been more even and I think we spent a lot of time on functionality that we don't have permission to use. The manual was quite hard to read and would have been more useful in colour. The veggie/vegan lunch option didn't have much substance to it, with no carbs or protein although it was nice and healthy aside from that. The ice cream was fab.
With lots to fit in over the day it felt as though the morning got off to a slow start. Unfortunately as we have been using O365 for eight months and are only just getting the training some of us have bad habits or been muddling through so perhaps being even better briefed on our our use of OneDrive ahead of time would have helped save time in the morning.
The trainer was excellent and the course was very helpful. We did not have formal training previously and all used the programme slightly differently from each other. I think this was very important to us understanding how to use the programme online via app vs on our file system. The pace of the morning was good but perhaps just sharing more practical info before lunch would make the afternoon less rushed.
