Great informative course and excellent trainer

Keith was very good at delivering this material and explained things in ways which made perfect sense. He was also very personable which made the course fun as well as informative.

I can't fault Keith at all, very knowledgeable and a great presenter. My issue was the venue, the internet was really poor which can't be helped due to the location. The unit is smack in the centre of Lincoln hospital. I have answered no to an advanced course because I want to begin to use the skills gained in this training course first.

I have learnt loads about the sterilisers and how they work. It has been very informative.
