Excellent Trianer. Enjoyed every bit of the course. A lot of indepth knowledge on sterilisation process attained. Very happy with the course.
Overall the training is really good. I think more time also need to be devoted to the practical aspects of the course where I believe more skills is needed.
It’s been a great opportunity to attend this training as it informed us the process of sterilisation in stages. I did not give 5 stars on new skills/knowledge as in technical operation of machine is for qualified engineers.

I felt at at ease from the start, Keith was an excellent trainer and his knowledge is remarkable, I'm sure if we want to further our knowledge then I would like him to be our trainer.
