Overall the training is really good. I think more time also need to be devoted to the practical aspects of the course where I believe more skills is needed.
It’s been a great opportunity to attend this training as it informed us the process of sterilisation in stages. I did not give 5 stars on new skills/knowledge as in technical operation of machine is for qualified engineers.
Excellent course, feeling confident to sign off reports with the technical understanding required.
I felt at at ease from the start, Keith was an excellent trainer and his knowledge is remarkable, I'm sure if we want to further our knowledge then I would like him to be our trainer.

there were two engineers and two from SSD so we all felt we would have benefitted more from the four day course as we were a different skill set of people and the condensed course was good we thought the four days would have been better for us.
