The training was informative, bringing updated guidelines, information and practices in Manual handling. The trainer was engaging and charismatic.

It feels like there was not enough time because a lot of theory subjects were rushed up

The trainer was very knowledgeable. The class was very interactive and using real life scenarios. The hoist was not working so we were not able to do that practical exercise.

Great trainer but I only needed to complete BLS not fire safety, definitely not the use of a hoist I would never be required to do this, not sure why this was part of my day as I booked for BLS. I would like to re-do my ALS as this ran out December 2025. Can you send me details please ?
