The morning part of the day was informative, well structured and well delivered. In the afternoon Conflict Resolution and Fire Safety were similarly well covered. Manual Handling and Emergency Life support which were at the end of the afternoon were rushed with very limited time for any hands on practice. MH session - the trainer made suggestions that as a qualified Physiotherapist I was not in full agreement with. I raised one of these but very much felt he was not open to discussion. In the Emergency Life Support session there was a similar situation where a participant with recent advanced training had to intervene to correct some of the information given.
