Some things are best not said in a public forum. Therefore, feel free to make contact with me personally regarding interpersonal communication and why I literally had to force myself not to walk out prior to the commencement of the training.
Shame about being not listening and being on their phones … overall good communication and skill set
Finished too late. Some information too advanced for carers. Hoist not working.
Facilitator was fantastic very knowledgeable and engaging, I thought there should be more assessment of practicals skills and knowledge.
I am a BMS-biomedical scientist.I work in a laboratory.I never go on wards, never see patients and am not permitted to handle patients. The course was irrelevent and inappropriate for me.For some strange reason an agency made it compulsory for me to attend. If I were a nurse I would say that the course was fine.
The Trainer had poor time management. She kept it too long and boring finished the Course around 1745. I got home at 1930 and yet I there got Training at 0900
Some materials are outdated MCA test please note new case law Some of the training material is irrelevant to clinician role and responsibilities. Training should be tailored to specific role .
Recommend in-house training. Its highly effective than this fast track mix Ticker process.
