Paul was great delivering the training taught a new technique on where to place head/face when doing abdo thrusts which I was never taught before on trainings

Cathy made the day very interesting and involved us all in the training. We did some group activities.

This is the second time that I have had Cathy for training. She is excellent. Knowledgeable, friendly, highly experienced with excellent examples to share. I would strongly recommend her course.
