The training was very certificated and contrive . The trainers explaintion was clear and understandable.

Very informative refresher course, knowledgeable trainer, friendly and let the session fun.

The trainer Wendy Wroe was really engaging, explained things well and encouraged discussion. She was also very patient with a few of the delegates when they weren’t listening.
