Very well presented , always difficult for a trainer to decide how much time to spend on each module. Interactive elements and chance to discuss things with other health professionals is really useful to me as a sole practitioner. I would like the venue to do fresh coffee and tea for the afternoon as flasks are cold by lunchtime.
The course was more NHS/ domicillary care orientated so far more detail than live-in carers in domestic settings require. Unfortunately the venue cooling /venlilation was inadequate during the afternoon on the hottest day of the year.
Tutor was. Competent, she knew her content and encouraged interactions
This training was very brief- there wasn’t time for a comprehensive study of the subjects, but the trainers were excellent!
Karen is well experienced trainer that delivers greatly yearly.
It’s really worth doing because it’s real life application
It was very informative and educative, the venue could have been covered and more discrete from overseeing the city square as I feel this could be distracting to some people
