A good day, a lot to learn in one day though so not a lot of time to discuss. The venue was undergoing some refurbishment so there was a lot of noisy building work. As it wasn’t a purpose built venue then the bed etc were not suitable for the tasks, but you are still able to practice. Alex is a good trainer though and kept everyone on tasks. Thank you
The training overall was insight and understanding
The training and its practical met all my expectations.
