All aspects of the training was well explained
Very sketchy moving and handling section. Skills only demonstrated, no chance to practice. I was expecting BLS and moving and handling only and that it would be covered in depth with a practical element where all had to be observed in practice.
The trainer was engaging and practical.
Gaynor is a wonderful instructor. Absolutely great person.
The course was good and well understandable. Really appreciate it.
