I was very happy with Paul as the course trainer. He is extremely knowledgeable and explained everything clearly and professionally. His expertise made the training engaging and easy to follow. I truly appreciated his approachable style and the way he encouraged questions and discussion.
Precise, detail, easy to ask questions
Course, trainer and content very good but hotel leaves a lot to be desired. No snacks available for lunch break even though bar area advertised open from 10am. Hotel staff dísintetested !
