It was vey educative, interactive and very informative

Gill was very engaging and made the full day interesting with her educational stories. And it was a very useful refresher course learnt more information and would definitely recommend anyone in health to do it to keep up with new techniques and knowledge.

Was good however could do with a bigger room. We were so squeezed into a room.

The trainer was amazing and all topic was very explanatory and show a practical skill aswell

Mr Danish Momin engaged with us very well and found different ways to explain if we didn't understand.

I enjoyed the course and I have learnt a lot more about basic life support. It is also a refreshing experience to get going forward.

Informative and engaging

It was exceptional, very comprehensive, practical and inclusive as it was also very much engaging and no one was left out so as to encourage participation and string competence. The facilitator was exceptional and professional.
