The trainer explained and elostrate on all the topic regarding the training and it was well understood.
The trainer had a wonderful knowledge of the subject area and effectively used real examples to highlight the importance of health and safety in the workplace. I also liked the practical nature of the training, as we got to participate and made for a fun and memorable experience. Overall the training was very informative, and I left with a better understanding of health and safety and feeling more confident. I'd recommend this trainer for anyone looking for a professional, knowledgeable, and engaging facilitator.
It’s a shame you have got rid of the course workbooks as these were extremely helpful. Paul was great, but did feel the course is quite rushed to cover a lot of topics. Whilst I understand this is an annual update, a lot of elements are better learnt online for FULL up to date guidance. Feel this one day course would be better if tailored to specific groups as a lot was irrelevant to my practice.
One of the best trainings I have had in a long time. The trainer makes it very enjoyable and allows everyone time to share their opinions.
