Very experienced, knowledgeable & engaging trainer, I have had to complete these training modules annually for almost 3 decades, so I'm not really learning anything new, but having an unusually good trainer ensured I wasn't bored.
Nathan was very informative and clear explanations, maintained interest also!
it was very good I learned that this course had a lot of new skills and knowledge that was not there to my mandatory training back three years ago ,
