The course was interesting, but the trainer was rude arrongant and too loud. He calls people he likes by their names and does not care about the rest of the group?

Trainer was quite intense when someone asked about fire Marshall. He didn't listen to the actual question from a female trainee and basically had a rant about her managers. At nearly the end ( one man fell asleep during the training) he said i had asked him to call 911 when I had actually asked him to call 999. He made me feel belittled when he thought I had said 911and started making a joke and laughing about it. When he had finished laughing I told him I didn't say that and maybe he should listen properly. I did not like him at all and he kept trying to get people to tell him he was right all the time. He kept saying about him being a doctor and made me feel stupid. I really wouldn't like to be at another training session with him.
