CSTF Mandatory Training (1/2 Day Practical) Reviews

Previous course was better and all the videos and content was not useful at all. Three booklet is required has the note pads are not useful at all. Plus the pen was blue which should have been black. Paul focused too much on the conflict section as this was not useful for beginners and clinical staff. Marketing video was unnecessary. Overall, it was not a positive experience.

The training was understandable as the instructor demonstrated much knowledge

This was my second time but I can say this training was really helpful he trained us and let us do the practice as well each us… we asked questions where we don’t understand 10/10
