I'm now have the courage to attend to residents in their homes for example if there is choking or resuscitation issues
Overall a great training session and a fantastic Trainer (Paul)
The course content was so much and the numbers so great that there was a lot of rushed content. Discussion often went in tangents (participants rather than trainer) and this made it feel congested. Trainer was excellent however. Less people would mean more time to have meaningful discussion
