It was an interesting afternoon. Wendy is clearly knowledgeable, very pleasant and caring. The hotel is well located and maintened. All went smoothly. No fussy, no bother! My training day is primarily and essentially for learning purpose. Sorry.
Overall, the course was good, though clearer and more detailed manual handling demonstration videos would make it even better.
