Great course, everything explained in great detail.
The trainer was brilliant I felt really anxious about it and she put me at ease and I felt so comfortable in participating, lovely trainer made it fun made it active kept everyone interested

The venue is ok but the refreshments is not ok without biscuits.
It was detailed , was good explanation. I have learned lot of things during the training session. So, overall i would say good.
