Great trainer, really enjoyed the course

The training was very good and understood

They choose wrong place it is the city centre traffic and the parking is too expensive

Really educational, leant alot and was able to used some equipments I haven't use before.

Every year it's a bug bear of mine but afterwards I am glad I've come as new things arise that I can use however there is something that is of little use to me with medical stuff in which I didn't understand as I am a live in carer and if my client runs into difficulty medically I phone the paramedics. Though I am able to do CPR

Joanne was a brilliant trainer, very engaging and used loads of anecdotes from her own training to show the importance of the content we covered. I would 100% recommend others to come and attend training with Joanne.
