Poor venue, felt no air in there. Poor coffee/ tea facilities, only available once per day. Lecturer was abrupt at times, but had good knowledge.
The trainer was excellent The course is flawed as not suitable for doctors. I am a Consultant Psychiatrist and the course was way off in terms of relevance Most attendees seemed to be care assistants There was another doctor there who agreed with me fully This course of mandatory training needs to be done separately for doctors if it is to be of any practical use

It is a very interactive class with hands on equipment for a proper practice. The trainer was clear and very good with his teaching.
