She was excellent

Clear to observe Karen was a very experienced trainer. Brilliantly executed and diverse in delivery. The style and method kept everyone engaged as well as interested Excellent and clever through line humour incorporated to maintain attention spans. Having done this course many times before be it through different training companies, agencies or districts throughout the country over the years All other trainers i’ve experienced to date would certainly benefit from observing how Karen successfully presents it It was thoroughly enjoyable Never thought i’d ever say that Universally and professionally executed 🙏

Very experienced, knowledgeable & engaging trainer, I have had to complete these training modules annually for almost 3 decades, so I'm not really learning anything new, but having an unusually good trainer ensured I wasn't bored.
