Andra is very knowledgable, positive attitude and a great trainer. Explained concepts well, encouraged active participation leading to great class discussion. Unfortunately the hoist was not working so we were not able to practice hoist/sling procedures, however Andra explained the theory in great detail and advised.

It was very informative and practical course. It's good to have this refresher course yearly because it will update your knowledge and skills. The trainer Andra was good and competent too and she demonstrated the course well.

I will always come back to Health and Safety group because they have excellent tutors

I think Lunch should be given to the trainee not just water or tea

The trainer demonstrated all aspects of training well. She was engaging, asked questions, gave examples and practical training where needed. From the beginning to end all things were explained and l was well aware of what needed to be done. Great training in all.
