The training was okay

I really enjoyed the training

I'm confident now. Today, i'm able to practice skills with hoist and sling, resuscitation equipment etc . We watched videos and did alot of exercises. We were able to know the meaning of ABCDE for instance A is to check the Airway, B= breathing, C = Circulation, D= disability, E= Exposure. As a health care Assistant, I've being trained to handle patient or a resident if he or she is choking or having cardiac arrest.

Trainer explained very well and equipment are good overall experience is nice
