The course was very informative I enjoyed all aspects of the course and the trainer was very good.all the course content was very helpful.

THE TRAINER IS WELLNKNWOELDGEABLE AND ENGAGED EVERYONR THROUFH OUT THE TRAINING. HIS USE OF REAL LIFE SCENERIO TO DEMONSTRATE EVERY PART WAS AWESOME . THE CLASS WAS VERY ENGAGING ALL THROUGH AND HE WAS CHERRFUL, PROFESIONAL. ALTHOUGH THE TRANING CENTER AND TRANIER WAS PERFECT, SNAKCS SHOULD BE PROVIDED AS THE TRAINING IS FOR A LONG AWAY. GENERALLY, THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST SESSION I HAVE ATTENDED WITH THE HEALTH AND SAFTY GROUP AS THE CLASS WAS ENGAGING AND LIVELY . I ENJOYED EVERY BIT OF IT .

Mr Jonathan Johnson is very communicative and engaging and has good communication skills. He was focused and approachable. The content of the conflict resolution part could have been delivered with greater in- depth. It would have been nice to be in a venue that has natural light and ventilation. Perhaps the offer of some snacks would also be a plus as the course lasts for hours. The content of
