Very satisfying. The trainer did amazing job.
I wish the videos were more relevant to Basic Life Support, instead of always in the hospital. There were errors in some of the videos, like hand grip when showing the slide sheet. Also, the hoist wasn't charged, and there was no AED example on site.
Paul is a fantastic teacher, with a lot of respect for staff.
