Trainer was very knowledgeable and gave relatable scenarios

The training was nice and it refreshed all I had been trained before

Venue not fully suitable like needing use of a bed. Handy location for train station though!

The trainer Wendy Wroe was really engaging, explained things well and encouraged discussion. She was also very patient with a few of the delegates when they weren’t listening.
