I would suggest invoice reminders from your admin team - I had not paid the invoice in advance, and the final email is a bit scary! (that you can't attend unless you had paid), I then spoke to the admin team and they said this was ok. But maybe gentle reminders would be beneficial!

I found the facilities and 'Happy' environment refreshing giving a positive vibe throughout the day. Décor is bright and uplifting. Great!!
