Very good course lots of valuable information and delivered very well. Only downside is so much information that even if the course was delivered over two weeks I don't think it would be enough time to fully understand all of the concepts.

I just wanted to tick a training box, and I found my mindset about food safety refreshingly recalibrated which I did not expect at all. I am glad I did this, I feel I am a better professional now than before.

Denis was a fantastic trainer who delivered the training with a breadth of knowledge and enthusiasm throughout the 3 day course. The content was very engaging and I have obtained a lot of knowledge and resources to take forward through my role as a PCQI.
