We have learned the importance of different team roles and how these bring different levels of experience, strengths and interests. A diverse range of skills can enhance the teams' effectiveness and impact positively on our children's learning. We can also learn from each other. Where possible, assign roles to staff strengths to get the best from your team.Response : Your awareness of learning from others and assigning roles based on strengths will be incredibly beneficial in an early years setting. Well done for embracing this learning and thinking about how to apply it in practice! Tara
