A good session, yet some of it hard to hear. But gave me an insight of what happens in some settings when it comes to safeguarding a child, and the abuses or neglect that unfortunately can happen. Overall I felt that this was a very engaging induction, I felt Lucy and Kaisha were both well prepared and explained things well. They provided a welcoming and informative start to the course.
