Excellent refresher course

An excellent course that made me feel more confident in my role as a mental health first aider. Rachele was a great trainer who made some difficult topics very approachable and in a sensitive manner.

Refresher was needed just to keep confidence levels up (even though I'm just a novice).

Really great webinar session, and the e-learning, was really helpful to gain skills and understanding - and to have a refresher! The Tutor Rachele was great, took us through some great exercises, and gave us great opportunity to talk and share. It was good to have the webinar after completing the e-learning, so I could understand better how to put the learning into practice.
