It was useful, however from a support worker point of view, it would be extremely useful if there was a service user example.

As ever an enjoyable course/refresher with Clare. Plenty of resources and use of them e.g. padlet, slido and break out rooms . A great reminder of the importance of being direct with questioning when someone is having a mental health crisis and then knowing what to do

Great refresher course reminding us of how we should respond. Particularly beneficial was the suicide element which is the hardest scenario to assist with. Great discussion with colleagues too. Thanks Katy/Beth for organising.
