The trainer was good,he made us understand manual handling.

Trainer informative and up to date.

I found the trainer interested only in participants of higher pay grades , showed a lot of racism towards candidates. The coursework slides included terrorism and community charity's dealing with radicalism. Towards the end we spent almost 15/20 mins watching a video based in hospital on resuscitation......this benefitted noone in the classroom.

I learned lots today really helpful.

Tutor seemed to know very little of the slide content, often talking at anecdotal tangents

This was an extremely disappointing day. The course was boring, and the whole day was too long. We did ridiculous ‘practical sessions’ such as getting out of a ‘grab’ from a patient, and the picking up a box and passing it around! The day was more geared towards HCA and should have been clearly labelled as not suitable for doctors. It was a waste of a day and in future I will aim to do an online course instead. The instructor was bored and was yawning at times. The clsss size was too big and the content dull. The course really did not need to be 7.5 hrs for the sake of it. I would not recommend it or be returning!

I left home very early to get to the bus station from Northampton to Milton Keynes.My bus got spoilt along the road so I told my company to inform the tutor.upon arrival I was 30 minutes late but this tutor wouldn’t even hear me out.This is very bad and inhuman act .I have to pay another 80 pounds to for and I really do regret coming again.
