It was a lovely training with exceptional practicals in it.

Every aspect of the training was perfect and cost effective.

The courses was good

Although the trainer was excellent, the examples referenced mainly care home scenarios, it would be useful to consider other types of work environments. Hot drinks available for just the first break, and a coffee is £4.50 which is very expensive.
