This is the best training program I have attended. It is very detailed and very informative. It is very insightful. The trainer is very knowledgeable, very experienced and she explained all that is required into details. She made everything understandable. She is very patient, very focused and intelligent. She is very professional and she made us feel comfortable. It is best mandatory training I have attended and she explained all the legislation in the training and how it affects practice.

Excellent really enjoyed the training it refreshed my knowledge and real scenarios where I can relate and managed to share my own. Experienced at work .keep it up and see her again next year
