It was very helpful and good.

Venue too cold. Very limited hot drinks the course is given one jug all day we had to request another jug of hot water and staff not reluctant to give us water. They clai. You paid for one jug for 27 participants it's impossible.

Kevin is a brilliant trainer, his methods, experience and knowledge made the whole day enjoyable and productive.

Did not advise that parking was included with the course so I ended up paying for parking when I didn’t need to. Stuff on reception should advise this.

I have been attending this mandatory training for about 6years and today has to be the BEST one. I say that because the trainer Mr. YANNEK has taken the time to explain each topic, I love the fact he used relevant and personal experiences from his career to help us understand each topic. Thank you for your time today and I hope to join another of your training.
