Very productive training and learned a lot

It was the most useful and interesting one day Mandatory course that I have been on.

The trainer kept us interested and interacted in every way. Very informative, it was good to do the course again as a refresher course

Venue was very cold. Trainer was very thorough and thoughtful.

No heating. Drinks insufficient and no hot water available for teas and coffees by the afternoon. No follow up.
