The trainer is brilliant and knows how to deliver the training. Very educative and informative. The Internet in the room was not too great. Alot of role playing and explanations from her.

Excellent training. Found it better doing the half day and online training

Venue should be accessible and parking is usually a problem. If thats improved the better
